• Complete review of plans and specifications
• Prepare an accurate project estimate utilizing Timberline estimating and accounting software
• Pre-construction meeting with client
• Develop and commit to project schedule and budget
• Coordinate with client to ensure site preparation and constraints
• Manage day-to-day construction process
• Review project milestones with client on a continual basis
• Complete final punch-list and review project close-out with client
