Coordinate all subcontractors for demolition, case & millwork, flooring & wall base, wall finishes, and glass & mirror glazing, including mechanical systems, plumbing, electrical and sprinkler modifications
Self-perform carpentry, ceilings, doors, frames and hardware. Installation of toilets, accessories and mailboxes
Work with RADA architect to ensure lobby, bathroom, corridor and mailroom are ADA-compliant
