Install the balcony railings mounted on the outside face of the balcony structural slab edge as to not cause a conflict and space reduction with slab edge mounted railings, to accommodate reinstallation of A/C condenser units in original locations in front of structural concrete columns
Remove, rotate 90 degrees and install new downspout at four (4) balcony tier locations to allow closure and space for the installation of new side mount balcony railing system
